Workshop Time Schedule
2 weeks prior to class
Students receive their Pre-Class Learning Kit. After receiving the
Pre-Class Learning Kit, each participant will receive a 30-minute one-on-one STUDENT
INTERVIEW with their CTT+ MASTER TRAINER via telephone. The interview
will assess their skill-level and identify specific areas of Instructional
Expertise that need to be developed. The Master Trainer will match the
participant’s knowledge and skill to an appropriate video presentation
subject for the INSTRUCTIONAL PRESENTATION. Each participant will develop
their presentation or use a presentation from the PrepMasters’ Library.
The Master Trainer will give specific steps and instructions on how to
develop CTT+ compliant presentation materials.
1 week prior to class
The participants Instructional Presentation will be submitted via email
for editorial review to the Master Trainer. Students will receive recommended
changes in time to make additional revisions as required.
Attend Be A Great Trainer Workshop
3-days/21-hours of intensive Experiential Learning. Upon completion of
this course you will have developed advanced knowledge-transfer and presentation
skills. Learning is assessed on the last day of class with a taped 20-minute
INSTRUCTIONAL PERFORMANCE ready for submission to CompTIA and in compliance
with CompTIA Standards. This performance is recorded on a DVD format and
is will be submitted to the CTT+ judges.
